Call-A-Ride and other paratransit users have been trying to schedule a meeting with the Bi-State Development Corporation’s Board of Commissioners since March 23. Finally, on June 21, a very limited meeting was held virtually. Eleven Metro users and disability rights advocates were allowed to speak for up to three minutes to the chair and vice chair of the Board of Commissioners and to Bi-State executives.
